"Holiday Meals Made Easy" indeed. I wonder if future children will have "Grow your own meat" as a modern-day equivalent to the home science lab kits I played with as a child. In the past, people assumed it was a fungal product, but I like to think of it as actual "meat". (Which is what Gibson actually intended.) Hell, if it tastes good, we will all eat it.
